AUTOMATIC CHAIN AND BELT TENSIONERS

ROTARY TENSIONERS 

Our TC series belt and chain tensioners and rotary tensioners were designed in 1979 and patented in 1981. We were the first in the world to manufacture rotating chain tensioners using coil springs, third in the world and first in Italy to manufacture and design automatic tensioners in general.

Starting with a central, hexagonal 24 m/m central bush, using technological advances to resolve problems caused by temperature, dirt, humidity and condensation which interfered with the good rotation of the lever, we starting using an anti-seize mixture composed of alloys, not only light alloy, which allowed us to eliminate the bush and increase the dimensions of the central bolt. This also increases the rotation degrees of the lever and gives rise to a product of excellence in its field, particularly through the very high quality control we achieve by machining all details using our own CNCs.

Please note that the TC model rotary tensioners are pre-greased, but in some cases, where there is a need due to dust, concrete, dust, flour, sugar, moisture, humidity, high temperature, etc. we have created a model equipped with a greaser so that the tensioners can be greased during normal machine maintenance.
