ZETASASSI® AUTOMATIC LINEAR DRIVE CHAIN TENSIONER - TA2
Automatic linear chain tensioners are automatic devices which allow to keep the right tension of the transmission chain so it lasts longer.
In addition they recover the stretching that the chain has little by little during its functioning.
So thanks to the automatic linear chain tensioners you can avoid vibrations and noise linked to functioning.
These automatic linear chain tensioners do not need the intervention of any workers so you can save time for the maintenance and for the control of the machineries on which they are set up.
Linear chain tensioners type TA2 has a light alloy body and PE1000 UHMW tensioning head.
They have the body made of a special anti-seize light alloy perfect for this use. The zinc-coated studs slide perfectly and they are pushed by steel springs. On the studs we set up the heads made of low friction coefficient plastic ( Polyethylene 1'000'000 dynamic friction coefficient 0,06 dry steel).
They can work with a temperature up to 80° C.
The heads have various shapes with friction coefficient almost at zero. They are available for simple, double or triple chains type ISO or ASA.
They are set up and checked manually one by one by a skilled staff to get the best quality control and perfect functioning.
